Residential Expansion
EAP provided the structural engineering design for this substantial renovation of an existing dwelling on a hill site in Wellington. EAP’s engineering input included the basement retaining walls, slope stability retaining walls, foundations, bracing, portal frames, lintels, floor beams and deck structures including allowance to bridge a public stormwater and wastewater pipe.
Warehouse Factory
EAP have provided the structural engineering design for this industrial structure. EAPs input included the design of the superstructures, foundations and floor slabs as well as the PIR panel detailing.
